Pickup, bigger vehicles and celebrations on board

On a Thalassa booking the driver is part of the trip. Pickup and drop-off are free both ways, from the airport, from your hotel or from the harbor, and the time and the meeting point are agreed in writing with your booking.

Send your flight number and the name of the hotel in the first message. The driver knows who is arriving, which terminal and where to find you, and you know what time he will be there. The drive from the airport to the harbor is about 10 minutes.

The same car takes you back on the last day. Book a flight after 14:00 and the boat's return time, confirmed in writing, leaves you room for lunch ashore.

The default car is a minibus shared by the group. For 12 guests or more, a Toyota HiAce seats up to 12, and a larger coach comes on request when the group is bigger. Thalassa 2 sails up to 27 guests, so a company group needs two vehicles or a coach.

An upgrade is a separate line in the quote, and it is written down before you pay. If it isn't in the written quote, it isn't in the fare.

Tell us the headcount, the number of bags and the arrival times of each flight. If the group lands on three flights, the driver meets each one and the harbor transfer waits for the last.

When the anchor is down and the light is going, the table on deck is the best seat on the boat. An anniversary dinner there needs a word to us in advance: the date, the number at the table and anything you want or want left out.

We arrange the decoration of the cabin or the deck, a special dinner with a dietary request or a birthday, or a proposal at the hour you choose. No menu is promised in advance, and the crew confirms what the galley can do.

Nothing here has a fixed price, because it depends on the headcount, the island and the season. The quote comes in writing, and you decide before the boat leaves the harbor.

Thalassa 2 has a karaoke room, which is the first thing a company group asks about. It also has a dining room and a sundeck, and a company evening can use all three: dinner, a few words, then the karaoke.

A meeting on board or on an island is possible, and we quote it as a service. We do not list projector or meeting equipment, so a group that needs a screen tells us in advance and the answer comes in writing.

A corporate holiday, a team outing and a family gathering are the three event types people book most. An island dinner or a seafood dinner ashore is the usual add-on, quoted separately and with its own date.
