Four lines that start a quote
Send four facts and we can price the trip in one reply. First, the boat: 1 for up to 11 guests, 2 for up to 27, or "not sure". Second, the dates, or the month if the dates are open. Third, the number of guests and the occasion. Fourth, private charter or open trip.
A first message can read: "Thalassa 1, 12 to 14 November, 2 guests, honeymoon, open trip or private, we are not sure." That is enough. We answer with the options side by side.
The prefill on the button starts with the boat number, because that is the fact that decides the price.
The reply you get
Our quote arrives in writing within hours of your message. The quote shows one all-in rate for your guests, with fuel included, the lines that sit outside the fare and the deposit and the balance dates. No line reaches the fare unless it was in a written quote first.
If a fact is still open, we say it is confirmed in writing before you pay, and we find the answer.
For a decision that depends on dates, we check the calendar before we reply, so the quote you receive is for dates that are free.
