Twelve to twenty-seven: the three bands

Thalassa 2 prices a group in three bands, and the price is for the whole boat. For 3D2N the bands run IDR 112,500,000 (≈ USD 6,902) (12 to 16 guests), IDR 118,500,000 (≈ USD 7,270) (17 to 19) and IDR 124,500,000 (≈ USD 7,638) (20 to 27). For 2D1N the bands are IDR 82,500,000 (≈ USD 5,061), IDR 87,000,000 (≈ USD 5,337) and IDR 91,500,000 (≈ USD 5,613).

The lowest band begins at 12. Groups under 12 pay the 12 to 16 band, so ten friends pay what twelve would, and at that size the comparison page is the place to start. Each rate already includes fuel, so the quote shows one all-in figure for your band.

The per-person curve

Per person, all-in, 3D2N: 12 guests pay IDR 9,380,000 (≈ USD 575) each, 16 pay IDR 7,030,000 (≈ USD 431), 17 pay IDR 6,970,000 (≈ USD 428), 20 pay IDR 6,220,000 (≈ USD 382) and 27 pay IDR 4,610,000 (≈ USD 283). The figure falls as the group fills the boat, and the steps happen at 17 and 20, where the band changes.

Two practical readings. A group of 16 that finds one more person pays a higher total but a lower rate per head, because 17 moves the whole boat into the next band. And a group of 27 gets the lowest rate per person of any Thalassa booking. Longer trips follow the same curve; ask for 4D3N, which is on request.

Family reunions and friends

A reunion of 27 is the case the boat was shaped for. The Master cabin on the upper deck takes 3, four twin cabins take 2 each, a shared twin takes 4, and two bunk cabins take up to 6 guests each. Cabins 7 and 8 are the bunk cabins, on the main deck, and they suit cousins, teenagers or a team of friends who want to be in one place.

Kalong at dusk on day 1 is the moment the whole party is on deck at once, and a long dinner and the karaoke room follow. On day 2 the fit ones climb Padar before sunrise while the rest stay on deck, and everyone meets again at breakfast. The full route is on the 3 days, 2 nights page.

Because the boat is a whole-boat charter, nobody outside your party shares the deck. The final cabin allocation is confirmed in writing with your quote.

Sharing the bill among many payers

One booking has one payer of record. The payer puts down 50 percent to hold the date and pays the rest 30 days before sailing. Collect from your group early, because the second payment falls a month ahead of the sailing date.

We issue one invoice for the booking. Separate invoices per family are not offered unless we confirm them in writing. Moving a date costs IDR 500,000 when you ask 14 to 29 days ahead. Cancellation refunds 50 percent at 60 days or more and 25 percent from 30 to 59 days.

Past 27: a second hull

27 is the maximum on Thalassa 2. A party of 28 or more needs a second boat, which we quote separately and whose availability is confirmed in writing. The two boats cannot be sold as seats; each is a whole-boat charter. For a split party, our team can price Thalassa 2 for 27 and Thalassa 1 for the rest.

Should the boat be held in port, the group sails on a phinisi of the same class or higher on the same dates at no extra cost, or we refund in full within 14 days. Cabins and Charter pages carry the full rates.

FAQ

What is the maximum group size?

Thalassa 2 takes up to 27 guests in 9 cabins, and it is sold only as a whole boat. A party of 28 or more needs a second boat, which we quote separately and confirm in writing.

What is the minimum group size?

There is no price band below 12 on Thalassa 2, so groups under 12 pay the 12 to 16 band, IDR 112,500,000 (≈ USD 6,902) for 3D2N. For a smaller group, the comparison page sets the two boats side by side.

How do we allocate cabins?

By capacity: a Master for 3, four private twins for 2, a shared twin for 4 and two bunk cabins for up to 6. We propose an allocation with your quote and confirm it in writing before you pay.

Can we split the payment?

The deposit is 50 percent and the balance is due 30 days before sailing, against one invoice. Splitting it across families is handled by your group; separate invoices are offered only if we confirm them in writing.

What if we are 30?

Thalassa 2 holds 27, so a party of 30 needs a second boat for the extra guests. We quote it separately and confirm availability in writing.
